4. This competition is open to Australian residents 18 years and older.
5. The competition will commence on Tuesday 15st October 2024 at 12:00 am AEST and close on Friday 25th October 2024 at 3:00 pm AEST.
6. Entry to this competition is open to Australian residents only. Entry excludes employees and their immediate families of Paradox Coffee Roasters, Bombora Coffee and Water Supplies, Fellow Products, and related companies.
7. How to Enter: To enter the competition, you must place an order on our website at https://au.sparms.com during the competition period. Orders placed on other websites do not qualify. Any orders outside of the competition period do not qualify for entry. Each dollar spent will be allocated one entry. Any attempt to use fraudulent methods or otherwise breach the rules may lead to removal from the giveaway at SParms' sole discretion.

9. The draw will take place at SParms Shop 26, 12-20 Lawrence Dr, Nerang at 03:30 pm AEST on Friday October 25th 2024 by random selection from all eligible entries.
10. The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Friday October 25th 2024.
11. The Winner has 30 days from the time of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, SParms reserves the right to select an alternate Winner.
12. The competition winner decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
14. The iPhone 16 Ultramarine (128GB) may vary from promotional images.
15. No entry fee is charged by SParms to enter the Promotion.
16. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by SParms, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. The prize winner(s) agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.

19. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of the prize from the date the winner is drawn. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner. SParms and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
