Where do you ship from?

You are on our official AUS website which means we ship from our warehouse in the Gold Coast.

When can I expect my order?

Orders normally take anywhere between 2 to 5 days from the day they are shipped to arrive at your doorstep.

I got the wrong size. What can I do?

All orders are eligible for 1 free return* if you have ordered the wrong size.You can access your self serve returns page from your customer account page.

What if my item was damaged?

SParms AUS offers shipping insurance which covers all lost, missing, or damaged parcels if you have opted in for this.

Any items that have been damaged during shipment without cover may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Do I get a warranty on my SParms products?

Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.

This does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. SParms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that mayh cause abrasions or perforations.

Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.

To lodge a warranty claim, please send us an email to info@sparms.com.au detailing the damage and present your proof of purchase upon request. We will endeavour to process claims as soon as possible.

Great Sun Protection when working out

I love t here shoulder wraps to put use when I am out in the yard or working out. They are a really thin material and do not feel constrictive. I love that you can just put them on over your singlet. I also love that my arm pits are free as I find exercising with tshirts really constrictive. I love my SP shoulder wrap

Very practical. Wish it didn't have the logo.

The wrap design works great, I haven't tried the individual sleeves but I think I would find them annoying. I appreciate that my shoulders and upper back are protected but my armpits remain mostly free, and I now only have to apply sunscreen on my face, neck, and chest. Ordering black was a risk, while the fabric is very cooling especially if there's a breeze, the black does soak up the heat a bit. However on a hot day I take it off, dunk it in some cold water until it's wet through, then put it on - wonderfully cooling and dries out quickly. I bought the black as I am a musician and may sometimes need to wear it onstage for outdoor gigs... the logo is ugly and I wish it wasn't there. But I can fold the end of the sleeves back to cover it. I will be interested in buying another one in a lighter colour. I'd also love to see a version that was more loose fitting, to allow airflow. Will investigate some other companies.
