What is changing is the reality of the costs involved in delivering the products our customers know and trust.
From 1 July 2026, we will be implementing a storewide pricing adjustment across our product range. This marks the first pricing increase we have made in several years and reflects the increasing costs of producing, transporting, and supporting premium sun protection products globally.
For example, our Original Arm Sleeves will increase from AUD $34.95 to $44.95, with proportional adjustments across the remainder of our range.
Why Are Prices Increasing?
Like many businesses, we have worked hard over recent years to absorb rising costs wherever possible. However, ongoing increases across multiple areas of our supply chain mean a pricing adjustment is now necessary to ensure we can continue delivering the quality and performance our customers expect.
Premium Materials Matter
Sparms products are built using high-performance UPF50+ fabrics designed to provide superior comfort, breathability, cooling benefits, and long-lasting protection.
The cost of these specialised materials has increased significantly in recent years, impacting every stage of production.
Global Freight and Logistics Costs
While global supply chains have stabilised compared to previous years, international freight, warehousing, and logistics costs remain considerably higher than historical levels.
These increases affect everything from raw material sourcing through to getting products into the hands of customers around the world.
Supporting a Sustainable Supply Chain
Behind every Sparms product is a network of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and logistics partners.
As costs continue to rise globally, we believe in maintaining fair and sustainable partnerships throughout our supply chain. Supporting these partners ensures we can continue delivering reliable products and service for years to come.
Continuing to Deliver Exceptional Value in Australia
While this pricing adjustment is necessary, Australian customers will continue to benefit from some of the most competitive Sparms pricing anywhere in the world.
Even after these changes take effect, our Australian pricing will remain approximately 40% lower than our pricing in other global markets for comparable products, including our flagship arm sleeves.
This reflects our commitment to the Australian market and the community that has supported Sparms since the very beginning. As an Australian-founded company, we remain focused on providing local customers with exceptional value while continuing to invest in product quality, innovation, and service.
We believe premium sun protection should be accessible to as many people as possible, and maintaining competitive pricing in Australia remains an important part of that commitment.
