Local Shipping Rates

Applies to all orders within Australia. For regional Australia, please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days. *Shipping rates may be subject to change. Sale's are exempt from the below free shipping thresholds

  • Standard Australia Post eParcel (2-5 days): $9.95
  • Australia Post eParcel Express (1-3 days): $14.95
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders above $99

International Shipping Rates

  • Standard Australia Post International (5 to 21 days): AUD$20.00
  • Express International (2 to 5 days): AUD$40.00

Q: How can I change/cancel my order?

A: Once orders are placed in our system it is not possible for us to charge you for any items you want to add to the order therefore, we cannot add any items to the order once it has been placed.

If you would like to cancel items in your order, we can try to organize this for you until the point the order has been picked and packed by our dispatch team which is usually the same business day. If we cannot cancel the item for you, please return it to us as per our returns policy.

Please remember that all refunds take about 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

For exchanges, we follow the ACCC guidelines and generally provide exchanges from 14 days of purchase.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day as long as it is placed before 1pm AEST. Any orders placed afterwards will be sent out the day after. Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive within 7-14 days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for express and 14 business days for all international orders.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Yes, as long as the garment has not been worn and is in its original, unopened package we will happily exchange or refund Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

International orders may incur customs fees which the customer is liable for.

Additional postage fees will incur if the parcel is "Return to Sender" for incorrect shipping address or uncollected parcels from the local post office.
