Where do you ship from?
You are on our official AUS website which means we ship from our warehouse in the Gold Coast.
When can I expect my order?
Orders normall take anywhere between 2 to 5 days from the day they are shipped to arrive at your doorstep.

I got the wrong size. What can I do?
All orders are eligible for 1 free return* if you have ordered the wrong size.You can access your self serve returns page from your customer account page.

*All returns are subject to our returns policy and may be rejected if conditions are not met.
What if my item was damaged?
SParms AUS offers shipping insurance which covers all lost, missing, or damaged parcels if you have opted in for this.
Any items that have been damaged during shipment without cover may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Do I get a warranty on my SParms products?
Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.
This does not cover any damages caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. SParms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that may cause abrasions or perforations.
Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.
To lodge a warranty claim, please send us an email to info@sparms.com.au detailing the damage and present your proof of purchase upon request. We will endeavour to process claims as soon as possible.
