My first long sleeve sun protection and couldn’t be happier. First test was in mid 80* Arizona heat while playing golf. I never noticed the long sleeve shirt once which is exactly what I wanted.

I love the crystals! It runs small. I wear a size small top and order Sparms Large. The Large sleeves are short on me, it would be great about 1” longer. I have 15 in all the colors and I wear these every day.
My girlfriends are all now wearing Sparms after I told them about it.
