The upper arm circumference is the total measurement around the widest part of your bicep. Do not use arm length as a guide, as our sleeves feature generous stretch and length to ensure a perfect fit for everyone.

You are on our official Australian website which means we ship from our warehouse in the Gold Coast.
When can I expect my order?
Orders normally take anywhere between 2 to 5 days from the day they are shipped to arrive at your doorstep.

I got the wrong size. What can I do?
Please open a return request using our self-serve returns portal HERE. You may be asked to provide photographs so that our team can process a resolution as quickly as possible.

What if my item was damaged?
Item damage is extremely rare. In the event that there is damage to any of our products at the point of receipt, please open a return request using our self-serve returns portal HERE.
Our team will be happy to assist.
Do I get a warranty on my Sparms products?
Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.
This does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. SParms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that mayh cause abrasions or perforations.
Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.
To lodge a warranty claim, please send us an email to info@sparms.com.au detailing the damage and present your proof of purchase upon request. We will endeavour to process claims as soon as possible.
