Refund policy

 

At SParms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options. Returns from outside of Australia do not qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for international returns.

Returns:

  • To request a return, you must lodge your request from our return portal HERE
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be brand new, in all of its original packaging, and not worn or washed.
  • If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • If an order originally qualified for free shipping, and the refunded item would make the order value below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.

Defective products:

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a refund or replacement.
  • You may be required to provide photographic evidence to substantiate any claims made.

Consumer warranties:

  • Our return policy does not supersede or make redundant any consumer goods warranties provided by the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC)

Fair use policy:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect any abuse of our return policy, such as excessive returns, or if the item(s) returned do not meet our eligibility criteria.

International Returns

  • Please contact us at support@sparms.com.au to arrange international returns for any change of mind or sizing issues. Any defective products are covered under warranty.
  • International return shipping fees will apply
